This GATE exists to influence policies and programs towards stimulating growth, stewardship and distribution of national wealth to ensure the manifest prosperity of the state and citizens at all levels. 

It continues to proactively engage state and non state actors – with sound empirical data to assist in the search for innovative counsel to overcome the sector’s myriad challenges.
